Order processing is the time it takes to prepare your item(s) for shipment.

Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM (CST) on a business day (Monday-Friday) will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For items with specific processing times (e.g., “pre-order,” “made-to-order”), the timeframe listed on the product page will apply.

4. Shipping Destinations & Methods

I currently ship to the following regions: the United States and Canada. I am unable to ship to other international destinations at this time.

Shipping methods and carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx) are selected based on reliability, cost-effectiveness, and destination. You will be able to see the available shipping options and their associated costs during checkout.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address, the package’s weight and dimensions, and the selected shipping speed. The exact cost will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping:​ I may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check the website for any active promotions.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time begins once your order has been shipped and includes the transit time with the carrier. The following are estimates only:

Standard Shipping (Continental US):​ 5-10 business days.

Shipping to Canada:​ 10-20 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier. Delays due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond my control are not my responsibility.

7. International Shipping (For Canada) & Taxes

For orders shipped to Canada, please be aware of the following:

Customs and Import Duties:​ Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country once the package arrives. I am not responsible for these charges.

Customer Responsibility:​ You, as the recipient, are responsible for paying all such charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Responsibilities

Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for full details. The following outlines shipping responsibilities:

Items Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped by Me:​ I will cover the return shipping costs for exchanges or refunds.

Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges (e.g., change of mind):​ You are responsible for the return shipping costs. I will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item for an exchange.

Undeliverable Packages:​ If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

9. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss for the products you order pass to you upon my delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
